Odd Society create identity for Beredskapslyftet.se
Skill Shift Initiative “Beredskapslyftet” (in Swedish) is the mobilization of available human resources to support Swedish healthcare providers to tackle the COVID-19 outbreak.
Odd Society has developed the logotype for the initiative, and we are so proud to be able to contribute to this significant and innovative approach to the current healthcare crisis, says Jone Fjellstad, creative director at Odd Society.
Odd Society could, with a quick turnaround help us get a well thought out and strong visual identity that helps us with our work to establish Beredskapslyftet.se, says David Löfvendahl, head of communication at Novare Human Capital.
The initiative ”Beredskapslyftet” is a coordinated pool of workers, and a platform for placing people who are temporarily available and can be a resource for the healthcare system, initially in the Stockholm area. The goal is to expand the platform so that it can scale up quickly geographically and with additional companies.
The first example of “Beredskapslyftet” is the Fast Track training that Sophiahemmet University and Novare have created for laid-off SAS cabin crew, made possible by funding from the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg foundation. This program quickly generated a lot of interest among other companies and laid-off workforce in other fields.
The project has been created by Sophiahemmet University in collaboration with Novare and SAS, with funding provided by Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation.
